About Me

Christi Shelhamer is a former elementary teacher dedicated to helping others. She is ambitious and excited to face new challenges head on.  

Growing up Christi lived in South Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Iowa; and is no stranger to long distance or local moving! Christi graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008 and spent three years teaching at an international school in Monterrey, Mexico. Christi decided to move to Colorado Springs in July of 2011 when her brother-in-law sent multiple emails and “101 reasons” to live in Colorado.

Now a wife and a mother of three, Christi is eager to jump into the world of real estate! She watched her father begin his real estate career in 2006 and understands the value of relationships and the dedication needed to serve others. She values building strong, lasting relationships. After 14 years of teaching elementary school, Christi is incredibly positive and energetic and will work hard to make dreams come true through open communication and problem solving.
